Academic Business Officers Mentoring Program
The ABA Mentorship Program pairs experienced managers from academic departments and units and central administration with newer business officers seeking to enhance their management skills, better understand the UCSD organizational culture and develop a network of resources on campus to assist them in their daily work.

University of California

Business Officers Institute
A four-day residential institute for selected business officers throughout the University of California. Attending plenary session presentations and participating in small-group discussions of case studies, BOI participants explore everyday issues that business officers face in the workplace.

Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP)
MSAP is designed to strengthen the engagement and preparation of UC supervisors, managers, and professionals. The 3–day, 2–night, off-site program is based on extensive research in the fields of management and organizational behavior. There are roles for both assessees and assessors. The program is offered twice annually at the UCLA Conference Center at Lake Arrowhead.
